Thirsty yelling raised high in many place, such from Brulos Tower in Daqahlia, El Mahalah El Kobra, Sharqia and till Cairo's suburbs as well till many places in upper Egypt we didn't hear anything yet!, but we know exactly that they are living the same disaster which is the disappearance of the main concept of life, health, human being is dinking water!.
These screams getting out now cause the problem is not a new one, but people's now are impatient after they boredom from responsible delectations and promises where they are giving it to people instead of they are giving them a glass of clean water, with watching and journalism field for the places which voices of thirty came out from, we got that many places in which there are many canals or paths of clean water, as well water they have reached and even for a rare hours per day or per two weeks there is a doubt about its adequacy, and that returns to the rusted cables and that cause of the rare use of it, and for absorption progress which it's underground for waterways and others, in the same time which is clear the responsible of drinking water management in Egypt still facing such these problems with the perfect promises and declarations with a tiny and useless works which doesn't help in such a disaster.
Policies are related to drinking water management started to be shown as failure in many places. Which is a matter should have a new policies based on the participating of CS and civilians in forming it, depending on new methods for the deliverance of water with a low price "With a Good Quality" and that for long and short terms plans.
So, Habi Center believes in the importance of a common campaign with the concerned NGOs, aims to defense on the right of people for a clean glass of water, as well, enlightenment and training civilians in the subjected areas on how to make a manual technology for water which is through Nile's branches and the near canals with a low cost – with experts help – as well enlightenment and informing civilians in these areas how to deal with the coming water for a few hours and the doubted water and the methods of turning it to a safe water.
